It is with a heavy heart that I reflect on the passing of Robert, from a cherished chapter of life. My memories of our time as neighbours in Jersey are filled with warmth and laughter, stories inextricably linked with him, Hugh, and Xavier. That sense of camaraderie and joy was beautifully renewed years later during a wonderful trip to visit them in the serene beauty of Havelock North, New Zealand. Robert was truly one of a kind, most fun-loving people one could ever hope to know. My deepest condolences go out to all his loved ones and family during this difficult time. May he rest in eternal peace.
